Roster Salary adjustment needed for Vernon Davis

Commish,

I hate having to point this out, but I just noticed on my roster that Vernon Davis' salary is set at $3,394,050. Since I franchised tagged him and nobody bid on him, I believe his salary has to be increased to represent a 20% increase versus the standard 10% increase from prior year's salary. And so his Salary should be increased to $3,702,600.

Please let me know if that is not correct.
